Rob Reiner is an American actor, director, and political activist who directed some of the most beloved American films — This Is Spinal Tap, Stand By Me, The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, A Few Good Men, and Misery. He is the son of comedian Carl Reiner and played Meathead in All in the Family.
