Vyacheslav (Slava) Bykov is a Russian-Swiss ice hockey player and coach who had a brilliant playing career winning multiple World Championships and Olympic medals before becoming one of the most successful coaches in European hockey — leading Russia to back-to-back World Championship gold medals (2008, 2009) and coaching in Switzerland.
